The Cultural association Lelefante is proud to announce the call for entries for the 6th edition of the international short film festival FATFILMFEST.
The festival will take place in Fattizze, Italy, August 16 through August 18, 2009. The festival will showcase international contemporary short films each night.

Submissions are open to films of all genres (fiction, animation, documentary) from any nation of the world. Each author can submit more than one movie regardless of whether it had previously been presented at other film festivals or competitions. Film must not exceed a length of 30 minutes. All of the movies must be sent with the dialogue list in English (script); films in languages other than English must be submitted with English subtitles. Films will be projected with English and Italian subtitles (provided by the organizers).

The deadline for submissions is June 1st, 2009, but we kindly ask that you send your film in as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the deadline. In order to participate a signed copy of the entry form must be sent together with the DVD copy of the film. The list of nominated films will be announced on the website.

The Best Film will receive the “Lilliana Appiano Forni” monetary prize in the amount of 700 Euros.
